As well as assessing in a wide range of study areas in the hair and beauty industry Olive Training offers an Internal Quality Assurance (IQA) Service to a wide variety of training providers.  We work with small training centres, medium and large further education colleges and academies throughout the South West and East of England.

 

If you run a training centre where assessment is taking place internal verification is a process that can ensure that your assessors are working to the same standard and will meet the criteria set out by the awarding body accreditation.

 

Our skilled workforce and staff are fully qualified Internal Verifiers who are able to act at all levels including that of Lead IV and/or standards verifiers.  With over 20 years plus experience our team are able to undertake the following work and duties in relation to quality assurance:

 

• Internal Quality Assurance work in conjunction with major awarding bodies such as VTCT, City & Guilds, Qualifi, Focus and Pearson (Edexcel).

• Carry out Lead IV duties such as liaising with external verifiers, setting up IQA processes.

• Produce accurate and workable documentation required by awarding bodies.

• Visit training centres & colleges to observe practical assessments.

• Undertake remote verification work.

• Give advice and guidance on best practise in QA.

• Build quality frameworks for new businesses or centres.

• Give ongoing support and mentoring to your assessors.

• Set up a new centre and work through the awarding body approval process on your behalf.
